Two La Crosse County men have been convicted of public assistance fraud. Darrell Dickinson of La Crosse pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of felony public assistance fraud in La Crosse County Court. As part of the plea agreement Dickinson has paid $55,000 in restitution.
